How we work, in plain English.
Every job starts with a written estimate. If we find something that changes the price, we stop and ask before doing any more work.
We use original or proven pattern parts and tell you which. Old parts are kept for you to take away unless you ask us to dispose of them.
Servicing and repairs are paid on collection. Restorations are invoiced monthly against the work done, with photos for every invoice.
All work and parts we supply are guaranteed for twelve months. If something we did isn’t right, bring the car back and we’ll put it right.
We describe every car honestly and show it underneath. A refundable deposit holds a car for seven days while you arrange an inspection or finance.
Stored cars are kept in an alarmed, humidity-controlled building. Your own insurance should cover the car; we cover the building and our work on it.
